Founded by Blenda Jones Carter, BSN, RN, Carter’s Competent Care was born out of both professional experience and personal conviction. After launching the successful in-home care agency, Carter’s Confident Care, Blenda recognized a deeper need in the community: more well-trained, confident healthcare professionals. With that vision in mind, she created a medical training center built on compassion, integrity, and excellence.
