4. Course Completion & Certification

Completing a Level II Background Screening
-
Meeting all eligibility requirements established by Prometric and the Florida Board of Nursing
Carter's Competent Care is not an official Prometric testing site and is not affiliated with Prometric as a testing center.
Medication Assistance Course
Students must attend the entire 6-hour course to receive a Certificate of Completion. Partial attendance, late arrival, or early departure does not qualify for successful completion of the course.
Successful completion of the Medication Assistance Course does not guarantee employment, licensure, certification beyond the course completion requirements, or authorization beyond applicable Florida laws and employer requirements.
CPR-AED Courses
Students who successfully complete all required course objectives will receive the appropriate CPR-AED certification.
5. Study Materials
Optional study materials, including the CNA State Exam Practice Kit and CNA Study Guide, are sold separately and are non-refundable after purchase.

Students who engage in disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, threats, dishonesty, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or any behavior that interferes with instruction may be dismissed immediately.
